Metal dowel (M6) for mounting gate closers and other accessoiers on gates and fences.

This metal anchor is the ideal fastening element when heavy-duty screw connections have to be created on a wide variety of thin-walled components such as hollow chamber profiles, pipes and sheet metal.

The dowel can be used universally and withstands heavy loads. up to 1000 kg with an M6 dowel in square steel tube with a wall thickness of 2.2 mm)

Assembly: Either an assembly aid or a suitable M6 screw and a larger nut (M8) are required for assembly.

Max. torque: 10 Nm

Special feature: the dowel is flush with the workpiece.

Caution: The drill hole must not be too large, otherwise the dowel will slip through the workpiece.
